I’m Stephanie and I provide 1-1 coaching and guidance to help your baby and/or toddler get some much-needed rest. In turn, helping you Mama, get back to feeling like yourself, without feeling like a bad mom.

I first spoke with Stephanie when my daughter was 5 months old. She had a bedtime of around 8 pm but was waking up every 1.5-3 hours through the night, waking up for the day around 8 or 9 am. She was only napping on me, in her car seat or in a swing.
